Pho ap chao with vegetables served on a bed of rice noodles. The noodles are tossed loose in the pan then fried to a crisp with an egg and cut in 8 pieces to resemble a starburst. Feel free to add your choice of protein(s) and chili oil (heat level 1-10). A house favorite!

Our traditional yin-yang bowl that's half noodle, half salad. Topped with our famous
marinated pork, pork spring roll, or both. Served with a side of nuoc cham. Add as much
heat as you'd like (0 or none to Thai hot at 10).
Crispy fried chicken thigh tossed in our signature sweet & tangy sauce, with baby corn, snow peas, broccoli, carrot & onion. May include Szechwan peppers, depending on how spicy you order it.
Vietnamese noodle bowl in our tangy, dark broth served with black bean garlic paste, lemongrass, fresh ginger, bean sprouts, basil, and cilantro. Lime and accoutrements on the side for Med and Lg sizes. Our noodles are PHO-nominal. Allergy note: Our pho sate broth is not gluten-free.
We prepare our dishes using traditional techniques including Fried, Steamed, Sautéed. Our Vietnamese specialties are carefully Steamed to ensure the best flavors.

We're open Tuesday through Sunday from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM. We're closed on Mondays for kitchen prep and staff training. Holiday hours may vary - please call ahead to confirm.
