By accessing and using the Asian Gourmet website (asiangourmetfood.com), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. Asian Gourmet reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
Asian Gourmet offers the following services:
Availability of services may vary by location. All services are subject to our current operating hours and menu availability.
Reservations for dine-in service can be made through our website, by phone at (321) 345-5635, or in person. We request at least 48 hours advance notice for all reservations.
Upon making a reservation, you will receive a confirmation. If you opt in to SMS communications, you will receive a text message confirmation and a reminder 24 hours before your reservation time.
If you need to cancel a reservation, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a loss of your reservation slot during peak hours.
A no-show is when a party does not arrive or cancel their reservation within 30 minutes of the reserved time. Frequent no-shows may result in being asked to provide a credit card for future reservations or dining restrictions.
If your party size changes significantly from your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible so we can accommodate you appropriately.
Online orders are processed through SpotON, a third-party payment and ordering platform. By placing an order through SpotON, you agree to SpotON's terms of service and privacy policy.
All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change. Availability of menu items is subject to our current inventory. We reserve the right to substitute items with similar menu items if an item becomes unavailable.
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation. If you have opted in to SMS communications, you may receive updates about your order status via text message.
Estimated delivery and pickup times are provided for reference but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volume, traffic conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Asian Gourmet uses SMS (text message) technology to enhance your experience with reservation confirmations, reminders, and promotional offers.

We will honor your opt-out request immediately. However, transactional messages (confirmations, reminders) may continue to be sent if you have an active reservation or order.

SMS messages are compatible with any SMS-capable mobile device. If your device does not support SMS, we recommend adding your contact information to a different SMS-capable phone or opting out of SMS communications.
All content on the Asian Gourmet website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Asian Gourmet or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or transmit any content without our express written permission.
Asian Gourmet and its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the website, services, or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any reason is limited to the amount paid by you for services or products.
Asian Gourmet prepares food in kitchens that may contain allergens. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our food is completely free from allergens including but not limited to: peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, soy, shellfish, fish, milk, eggs, and other common allergens.
Please inform our staff of any allergies before placing an order or during your reservation. Detailed ingredient information is available upon request. Customers with severe allergies assume all responsibility for food choices and consumption.
You must be at least 21 years of age to opt in to receive promotional SMS messages from Asian Gourmet. By providing your phone number and opting in to promotional communications, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age.
Asian Gourmet reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website and services following the posting of revised Terms means you accept and agree to the changes.
